For WP10MS Theme is a fully custom WordPress theme developed specifically to operate and scale our agency website. The goal of this project was to create a centralized, flexible theme that could represent agency services, portfolios, and content while remaining easy to manage and extend over time.

I led this project as the Theme Developer, building the theme from the ground up using the Codestar Framework, a custom support plugin, and carefully selected essential plugins. The theme was architected to avoid unnecessary dependencies while still providing advanced control over content and layout.

The theme includes custom post types (CPT) for structured content management, custom meta boxes (CMB) for dynamic data handling, a modular template system, and a dedicated theme dashboard for managing global options and settings. Multiple page and layout templates (6–7 demo variations) were designed to support different content and presentation needs within the same theme.

One of the key challenges in this project was implementing fully controllable and reorderable page sections, allowing individual sections to be enabled, disabled, or rearranged without touching code. Managing multiple demo templates within a single theme and ensuring a smooth setup experience required careful planning. I also integrated TGM Plugin Activation to enforce required plugins and maintain theme consistency across installations.

Despite these structural and architectural challenges, the theme was optimized for performance and speed, ensuring fast loading times and stable behavior across all templates.

The development process took approximately 2–3 weeks, including planning, architecture design, feature implementation, testing, and refinement. This project demonstrates my ability to design and deliver a production-grade custom WordPress theme with complex requirements, strong usability, and long-term maintainability.
